Durabilt Ratchet Load Binder has a load-and-lock anti-theft feature, allowing the user to lock the binder with a standard 3/8in. dia. short or long shank padlock (not included). The uni-steel, high carbon handle and a heavy-swedged barrel are constructed of cold-drawn steel tubing instead of welded pipe.
