Very consistent
These a great looking and are made off of great quality. It mounts with drilling two small holes into the material you are going onto. The great part of these numbers are that the tabs you drill out for are very consistent and it makes it easy to template where to drill.

Good Quality House Number
These floating House numbers are great! Just what I was looking for in terms of color and size. The silver color and 6in size makes it easily visible from the street. The floating design also adds a lot of style. Good value for the money.

Perfect size!
I find this the perfect size to number the apartments at the building we own. I spray painted them with a darker textured paint and because they are recessed, now they really stand out against the white trim paint. This number 6 was actually listed as a number 9 and I simply turned it upside down.

No help from manufacturer
Got 4 which coincidentally matched up with my house numbers, duh. The numbers are nice quality stainless steel and are a nice contemporary look, which is what I was wanting. Being 6" tall and approximately 4" across they are easily seen from our alley, also exactly what I wanted. So why am I only giving them 3 stars, you might ask?1. They came without any instructions or suggestions for bit size to drill the wall for the anchors (2 per number)2. There are 2 nuts (???) welded onto the back of each number that you screw a screw (provided) into each, however, the weld jobs were not square which is important cause the other end of the screw is pointed like a nail and the idea is to drive the nail end into the anchors ... use a rubber mallet or block of wood between number and hammer or the number could be damaged. Anyway , if the nail end is supposed to go straight into the anchor but if it's at an odd angle then you can have issues, which I did. I made 7 of the 8 work but the 8th drove the anchor back into my siding. After some thought, I got a much larger mirror anchor I had laying around, drilled out the other initial anchor using a 3/8s bit. Installed the larger anchor which gave me some play, drove it up and it worked ... a little redneck engineering, right?3. No templates were provided ... really, how hard would that be and how much additional cost to include. I found the same looking numbers from a different company that did include templates, printed them off and used their measurements since they were a close fit when I laid my numbers on top. Then used painters tape, square and ruler to place my marking pilot holes. Conclusion: I like the numbers but the effort to install was way more than it had to be. Given the quality of the numbers, not including the haphazard welding of the nuts, I placed the blame on laziness, at the manufacturer, and shortsightedness by not including templates etc. If you have above rudimentary skills and some math capabilities, you can install these. Just be ready to come up with some workarounds. Otherwise hire a carpenter, right?
