KEUNE Care Line Color Brilliance Shampoo 10.1 oz and Conditioner 8.5 oz

On the plus side, the product has a nice, soft scent and is not perfumed as some are. It seems great at first but builds up terribly. Wrote the company and was told they use the best, water soluble products and shouldn't build up . . . Something's wrong here. But I also have to add that the company said that unless this product is purchased from a beauty salon, its integrity can not be guaranteed, with problems being impurities and bacteria. I don't see that this company, a store front is a beauty salon.

I have great hair body and shine from this shampoo and conditioner. Love the smell too. My hair looks super healthy and very swingy. Love!

The salon I use switched to this product several months ago. Everyone loves it and I was delighted to buy it online.

Received incorrect product in mail. Two conditioners versus the set pictured and described. Also product wrapping states "this is a set, do not separate".... Clearly product has been separated and resealed. What do I need to do to get right products?

They shipped 2 conditioners instead of the conditioner and shampoo.
