OMFG! What just happened? This story was a roller coaster of a ride and I couldn’t help but go along for the ride. I loved this is war baby, and this is love baby will take you to another level of awesomeness!!This is Love, Baby picks up right where This is War, Baby left off. There are so many crazy twisted, scary moments, turns and twists in this book that I didn’t know where the next thing was going to come.Baylee and War are this couple that in book one meet thru fate and in book two, are solid and in love. She is the Queen and he is her King and she is going to do everything to get back to her King. The Devil (Gabe) has taken her away and she is in this nightmare world where she is trying to just survive in order to her home, to get back to him. There are other players. Things become a heck of a lot clearer and things are found out that made me feel sad and mad for Baylee. I have to say, this Gabe character-WOW!! He is one twisted person who, I don’t know how her parents let him around her because I could tell he is one weirdo just by the things he says and does and I got that in book 1 and by book 2-OMG. The twists and emotional turns the story takes will rock you as it did me. Baylee is one strong 18 yo woman who did what she had to, in order to survive.War , in this story, realized he had to overcome his problems to become stronger to get his Queen back and to have a life for them. I loved watching him grow and become the man for his lady. Yes, they had their problems but they supported one another while coping as best they could. No matter what, they were there for one another.You will see the reappearance of Brandon, Baylee’s old boyfriend from book 1. Beware of red herrings and false prophets- Things are not always as they seem. Heartbreak will be HUGE in this book. I cannot say much but this book has HUGE twists and at the very end there is a MAJOR TWIST that leave this book open to a possible 3rd book.Baylee and War are one of the best couples that I have come across of recent times because they are real. Even though they have some huge problems and issues, they are there for each other. They support one another and their love is true and real. I cried and cheered them on. This freaking book was absolutely incredible and then some! First and foremost, if you haven’t read This is War, Baby then stop reading this review and go back and one click it right away for two reasons (1) you won’t know what the hell is going on in this book and (2) It is beyond amazing and you need to read that book!!!!!So having read TIWB, you are very well aware of the way the evil K. Webster left all of us hanging with that heart-wrenching cliffhanger… absolutely distraught and fearing for the life of our beautiful boy, War and the safety of our tough as nails, Baylee…with so many unanswered questions and she expected us to wait quietly! For real?! I wasn’t so sure I would ever be able to forgive her for so harshly ripping my heart out and stomping on it like she didn’t care… insert evil laugh! Well let’s just say I forgave her half way through This is Love, Baby, well kinda, sorta, not really, lol…..At that point I was too busy cursing her for the torment she was putting me through with this brilliant sequel!!!Reading this book was like being trapped in a fast paced, action packed, suspense thriller movie! Our story begins with one of our questions answered right off the bat – which one you ask, because we all had so many going into this book?! ya sorry, I’m not gonna tell you. I will say I was completely blown away and not expecting it at all, like not even a little bit! The beginning really speaks to the true wickedness of K. Webster and the way she can give you what you want without really giving you what you want, I know -- it will make sense once you get started……I found myself talking out loud to the characters all the time, like I have never done before, so much so even my poor husband was like “What did you say, babe?” and I was like “Nothing, I am talking to my book”. Like please leave me alone, can’t you see they need me lol… Seriously, I swear at some points I was shaking I was so nervous! Constantly closing my eyes and saying to myself, “you can do this” “just keep reading”. The whole book had my emotions all over the place, it was freaking crazy and I loved every minute of it!It is so hard to write this review without any spoilers as you REALLY need to experience this masterpiece for yourself… but I will tell you this much … all the questions you have will be answered in spectacular K. Webster fashion and you will absolutely love this book!

Wow, what can I say about this extraordinary book without giving any spoilers away. My 1st thought was WTF? Is this the same book & we have just been transported to an alternate universe? It was not only suspenseful, but totally kept you on your toes. Just when you thought one thing was gonna happen, boom something outta the blue happens instead. You will have theories all thru the book. Some may pan out, but the majority will not. There were so many twists & turns, you sometimes have to stop and recover. This is a suspenseful rollercoaster ride that is one bumpy ride.I did have a problem with Bailey making choices that made you wonder if she was dropped on her head as a baby. However, I do cut her some slack as she has been thru Hell & back & then was taken on a return trip. We have other minor characters from the 1st book that become much more incorporated in this 2nd book. They make you wanna take a baseball bat to their head! This book is not near as graphicly violent as the first one, but still needs a warning label.This is the 2nd book of a series that picks right up where book #1 left off. You will need to read the 1st Book, This is War, Baby beforehand. As in the 1st book, K Author's writing is still top notch & that little storyteller inside her is seriously talented. She gives you just enough info for you to keep a dog in the fight, but not too much that it seems boring or as if it's being hand fed to you. This author know how to give you the proper ratio between "present" introspective & character interaction. The dialogue is great as well as the descriptive text. She makes you second guess yourself & your theories. Ms. Webster keeps you on the edge of your seat for the entire ride. She does however leave you wondering & wanting more, which is exactly what I want in a story.

OMG I loved this continuing story of Baylee, War, Gabe and Brandon and K Webster has once again done a stupendous job with sending your mind into a tail spin. Always well written with characters that are so well established and described, that their personalities good and evil shine off the page, sneak in to your heart and maybe make you feel like you would like to take an axe to a couple of them !!!After Gabe shoots War, Baylee is understandably beside herself with grief and feels utterly beaten, this poor girl has been through so many scenario's you keep wondering how she is still even a little bit sane.Brandon her ex boyfriend makes it his absolute mission in life to find Baylee and rescue her, BUT is Brandon that lovable pussycat of a boyfriend she once adored, will he be her knight in shining armour or has the circumstances to her disappearance made him bitter, dark, a troubled young man ? You will have to read this second book to find out.I love Baylee, she is such a determined strong girl and what she has done for War is heartwarming to read and experience and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. War is a God in my mind and all his problems and insecurities make him all the more attractive - at least to me anyway.Another glorious read from K Webster - but when you get to the end, you'll just about be ready to throw yourself off the nearest bridge - tut tut K Webster- what the hell was that all about. Will he, won't he, OMG moments that flash through your mind, and then nothing ------ will there be another book - there better had be or else I'm hunting her down. Brilliant writing that will keep you on the edge of your seat until that very last disturbing page !!!!!!!!!! Be warned

This is the 2nd part to this story so reading the first book is a must as this book picks up where the other one left off.I really enjoyed the first one so was looking forward to reading this one. Like the first its a dark read so not for the faint hearted wait touches on some dark topics of sexual violence.Baylee has been kidnapped by Gabe and she thinks War is dead and is completely heartbroken. Gabe is more ruthless, cruel and delusional. He honestly thinks that he can force Baylee to love him against her will by keeping her hostage and raping her. Baylee is just biding her time till she can build her strength up to escape.A third main character Brandon (Baylee's original boyfriend) is added to this book and I have mixed feelings about him. He seems to have changed so much and i would liked to have known more about what happened to him in the 4 months since Baylee was taken for him to change so drastically.I loved how K Webster made Baylee a lot stronger in this book, how she gave her more courage and less of a victim. I also liked reading how War changed along with Baylee, he had the strength through her to fight his demons.Another great read by K Webster and even though Baylee and War got their HEA I can sense there may be more to come

Utterly Gripping from start to finish.My God I loved this book, I was so anxious to get my hands on this after the cliffhanger of book 1. I wasn't disappoint, As we know Gabe is back on the scene making his presence well and truly known.That man is the Devil in disguise, it's the only way to describe him.I was literally chewing my nails at the thoughts of what would happen next.Baylee once again finds herself at mercy of her Captor will she ever escape his evil clutches.Has she seen the last of the Man she loves, her War?With her first Boyfriend Brandon still searching for her, will he ever find her, or has she really gone for good.This book had plenty twists and kept my attention all the way.How far would you go to get back the most precious thing in your life. You don't know what your capable of untill your pushed to your limits. That was certainly the case for the characters in this book.Nothing is plain and simple with this story, I loved it. I really hope there's more to come. Would be very interesting to see what could possibly happen next.The mind boggles at the thought.

Holy crap on a stick this book had it's dark moments and I'll admit I had to put it down and then go back to it but it was worth it.With Gabe shooting War Baylee sees know other option to go with him but she is stronger and she will fight. She has to now, but Brandon (her boyfriend) knows where she is and he going to get her he is going to be her hero, the white knight but what he doesn't realise is she is in love with War. But Brandon has changed gone is the sweet loving guy she once knew, he has been replaced with something dark.Finding out about her mother dying and her father skipping town Baylee wants to look for him but she wants to bring down the sex trafficking ring and she contacts the police where she finds out some news and when Baylee realises that she has been lied to by Brandon she runs.But all wars are not won without a final battle and Baylee has one last fight in her.Will Baylee find peace? Will Gabe and Brandon pay for their sins?Absolutely loved this book and oh my god the ending I was cursing Ms Webster, how could she do that to us.

Oh god where do i start?!K Webster is the absolute best!Since i finished book one i have been on serious tender hooks waiting for the concluding second part.And this book seriously didn't disappoint.From the moment the book landed on my kindle, i nearly hyperventilated and died but i pulled through ;) and done literally diddily squat. Absolutely nothing but read about my War and Baylee!The Character’s that K Webster writes seems to have every effect on you and your emotions, completely sucking you in and not letting you go.These two books are two of the best books i have ever read and will stay with me till the day i peg it.Thank you so much K for bring these characters into the light and in my life. I can honestly say you are the Sh*t!5 stars is nowhere near enough but it will have to suffice.❤💋

This series is going have to be in my top reads of 2016.I really wish I could rate more than 5 * I will say I was a little scared going into this book cause some sequels never live up to the first book I shouldn’t have worried K. Webster has done an amazing Job she drags you in from the first page.I will even say I felt sorry for Gabe in parts and I hated him in book 1.I not going to spoil it with anything because you need to just Live in the book with these Characters.You get all your Answers and More…. Twists and Turns that I never saw coming.

4.5 starsAfter the ending of This is War, I needed this book....I HAD to know what was in store for these beautiful but broken people.All hell has broken loose and we are introduced again to another pawn in this game......but Bay is stronger and wiser.The pawn can become the queen.Ill save my queen.Oh my gawd....the ending. Absolutely no way.  No way. There is just no way. No way.

I love how this book turned out and could not put it down. Bay and War kinda got their happy ending after going through all that s*** to get it but I can imagine it doesn't last long as I'm off to read book 3!

What a brilliant follow on to This is War, baby. I could not put this book down.Baylee and War are such two fantastic characters, the storyline has some many twists and turns. This book deserves more than 5 Stars. Wish there was more Baylee & War.

We pick the story up right after that heart stopping ending. Baylee had really grown in strength in this book thanks to War, she's definitely not the same girl that Gabe stole. There are secrets that I never saw coming, it's hard to decide who to trust. Full of twists and turns right to the end.

I find that sometimes, book 2 in a series isn't as good as book 1, because I have such high expectations, but Webster slays it with follow up from this is War, baby.Her themes stayed on point, and I was sucked back into their world from the get go.

Couldn't wait for this book after the ending of the first one. What can I say Kristi really done a brilliant job with little twists in the plot of the story and journey their story takes. Brilliant job yet again Mrs Webster

Loved the book, not right sure on the end though.... Think it should be left with the happy ending, because sometimes when it gets dragged on it gets predictable and boring..

Great read somthing dark and twisted just like i like it hooked from page one fast becoming a big fan of this authors

OH.MY.GAWD!!!I am not sure what to write without giving anything out....maybe that this book was bloody brilliant...DarkMind blowingFull of tension.... but also hope, love and that it's always worth to fight....The whole story is f@cking amazing and I read it in one breath.Get it peeps you will be blown away just like me.
