The spices are high quality and the packaging is nice. But the recipe is mediocre. You definitely want to run it through a good food processor or it will be grainy. I live in Mexico and made this for my family and a Mexican friend. We all agreed the Pursuit of Spice Mole was not very good compared to homemade and store bought moles we've had. Our Mexican friend said it was "raro"... weird. I'm not going to make it again.
