Are these the same size as incandescent 7 watt bulbs?

Yes - The base/shape of this LED bulb is the same size as a 7 watt candelabra bulb. The outside of the box says “0.6W 40LM (7 watts equivalent) E12 base, 80 CRI, input AC 120V 60HZ, warranty 2 years.” The box is also marked with the energy star stamp. I hope this helps.

When will these go on sale?

When you consider how much longer they last compared to incandescent, they seem to me like they ARE on sale. Last week I put an incandescent bulb in my flea trap and it lasted 2 days. I expect this one to last all year. So far it's lasted 4 days, and still going strong. The incandescent are worthless to me.

Do these work with sensor Dusk to Dawn window candles? Without running the candle constantly, with that little bit of light and flickering at dusk.
