Jackson Galaxy Steam Cleaner (20 Tablets) Carpet Stain Remover, Odor Neutralizer & Upholstery Cleaner Makes 10 Gallons

I foster puppies and kittens and had an old kitty that didn't seem to want to use the litter box. I have tried several products and this one seems to work the best. I have used a black light on the pee spots and with dogs they totally disappear. With cats they mostly disappear and I can't smell a thing. These are old spots that I have tried to get out with other products so that might be why it won't all come out. For bad spots you may have to go over it a few times. I also feel safe using this with having kittens and puppies. There aren't any harmful chemicals in it. I think it is a great product.

I was hoping for a good product. I got one. It does the job just as advertised. And it really had a job to do. After we got a new puppy and our cat got mad. Our cat peed all over the house due to our new addition.After cleaning with this product I no longer smell that awful stench. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I used product after product and nothing worked until I used Jackson's products. I was pet sitting my daughter's cats, and they had marked an area. I couldn't get rid of the smell! I was ready to start pulling the carpet up and looked at replacing it. I used the pet stain and odor eliminator first and then finished with cleaning the whole room with the steam cleaner...my carpet is saved. It did leave a stronger "clean" smell than I wanted (but a 100% better than cat pee). I put some baking soda on the carpet after it was all dry (I let it sit for 24hrs and then vacuumed) and it's like BRAND NEW carpet again. It's like they were never in my home and there have been NO repeat markings by my dogs either. It's a must buy!

I had gotten this product as a sample from a local big pet store (one of the two big chains) and it was really good so decided to buy more and amazon had the best deal. I have 2 cats and a dog and the dog seems to think the carpet is his personal powder room! Let’s just say he has a lot of “accidents”. I have a steam carpet cleaner but the product they sell for it wasn’t cutting it. This thing for the bill. It’s great! It really eats at the stain but most importantly the odor and then after that you cannot even smell anything any more. No masking odors no nothing. Will continue buying. Thanks amazon for having this.

Wonderful product. One of my cats, Tito King, has recently taken to peeing on my down comforter. I washed away as much pee as I could, put two tablets in warm water, soaked the urinated portion overnight and washed the comforter in the washing machine in hot water the next day. The comforter is good as new after this process.Of course I steamed my floor with it and sprayed any pee stains Tito King, my newly adopted feral cat, contributed on the cat trees and my leather sofas. Until I find a way to make him happy in the house ( poor Tito, he used to run around the big neighborhood ), this product is going to keep saving both his and my lives.

This product works pretty well, but after several applications, I still had to follow up with Zero Odor. However, cleaning up pet stains and odor is a tough and I have not found a single "silver bullet." I often find it helps to use one product (e.g., enzymes) and possibly multiple applications of that, then apply vinegar water (presumably to reset PH) and then use another product (e.g., a molecular odor remover). This product has a light scent reminiscent of clean laundry and it fades. It is not horribly over-perfumed like Nature's Miracle, but still, I would rather such products be completely fragrance free. I will probably buy it again because in tandem with other products as described above, it does help.

My cat had UTI issues and from time to time he decides to pee on the couch. I had tried regular cleaner and it didn't work. Jackson's cleaner really helped lift the smell out. It definitely works better if you catch the accident soon or before it has time to dry. If it dries I usually let it sit with the cleaner for 10 to 15 minutes and then spot clean with my Bissell. I like the scent too. It's not too strong but it smells clean.

We have tried just about every carpet cleaner recommended to remove pet odors. None worked. It took a couple times using the carpet scrubber tablets, but we now can walk into the room w/o smelling cat urine. We have an old cat that has decided to pee near the box, but not in the box. Frustrating. Took her to the vet and trying something that was recommended. She's not losing her happy home yet.
