I absolutely love this Cd and have given it to friends. If you sit with your eyes closed while listening to this Cd you will be transported to such a peaceful and serene place! I use it for relieving stress, for relaxation, before meditation, and to connect up spiritually to all that is. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to close out the complexities of life and a busy world.

Excellent for Massage
As I'm a massage therapist, I'm constantly on the lookout for music that brings relaxation into my massage room and helps promote wellness. This album not only helps my clients, but helps me maintain a relaxed and grounded session. Very nice.

Excellent CD. No clanging, jarring sounds. Just soothing music. Helps me to sleep even better than my Bach sleep CD. Runs longer than most sleep aids.

Best destressed cd to listen to while meditating or sleeping. (J. Goldman is an utter genius. His cacophony of sound is completely soothing ).

It sounds like being in a tranquil cave... you'll understand when you hear it! I love listening to this while I do work, meditate, and do Reiki sessions with clients.

This CD was okay, but have heard better. Nice and relaxing, but was looking for something more. None of my clients raved about it either.

Excellent background relaxing music
Excellent background music for relaxing and meditating. Waves of music transport you into a metitative state. The whole cd is enjoyable which is not always the case when you purchase. You feel like yoo are at the spa and have nothing to do but spoil yourself and reflect on life. Different depths and layers. Wonderful!
