DIRECTIONS OF USE STEP 1: Reach with your hand from the opposite side of the head you're inserting the plug and pull on the top of the ear. Your goal is to pull up and back, stretching the ear canal into a straighter shape. STEP 2: Grab the earplug at the stem with 2 fingers and slowly insert into the ear canal, then twist the earplug a bit to increase its hold.
