Color:Red Little Booty Shakers are floatation devices for snare drums and mounted tom-toms. They attach in seconds with two velcro straps on the three arms of the snare stand basket. Now the tom or snare floats on a cushion of foam. The drum no longer loses energy due to its connection with the stand. They will increase the sustain and range of frequency response. The low notes of your tom will really come through, and your snare will sound deeper, and open. Little Booty Shakers work with any brand of drum or snare stand. They decouple your drum without adding any mass. They are light portable, and inexpensive. Little Booty Shakers are a "must have" for anyone wanting a consistant performance from their drums. Little Booty Shakers put the Bah-Boom in you tom and snare!

Good
They work perfectly and are definitely effective. My only issue is when I use them on the main snare of my kit. I use a 14” snare, but with the Booty Shakers attached it feels like a 16” drum sitting between my legs. It forces the snare stand too far open and rubs against my legs as I play.I cut the Booty Shakers in half and only use the bottom portion now. It seems to work ok, but looks ghetto and is a waste of material. If you have a very wide stance and don’t play double pedal, this shouldn’t be an issue. But if you like everything tight like me, it might be a problem.

Works great for snare stand mounted tom
I was almost mad at how well this product works! Immediately after I put them on the snare basket, my 12” tom sang beautifully! I just started using a snare stand for my tom, and I was displeased with how choked out it was...until this $16 dollar fix. Just mad I didn’t think of this first, well done! Haven’t tried on the snare drum, that may be next. Hard to see product in photos, but that’s actually a good thing!

Sweet little booty
Not as noticeable an effect as the FT models, but still helped the rack ring out, and sound better when sitting on on a basket stand......hard to tell the difference when used on the snare while snares are engaged, however there is a bit of an increase in tone, and sustain when snares are off.

They work
I have a new mounted tom I just got that has wooden hoops. The gibraltar iso mount I was given kept choking the drum. I put it on a snare stand and had the same result. Out of desperation, I bought these, and voila, I have a nice long tone!Hopefully they hold up when gigging and also they do make you open the stand jaws further than before, which may affect positioning a bit.

Work as intended but....
Even when nice and tight if you pick up the drum intending to move the whole stand it will pop out unless you go really tight which would defeat the purpose. They work as intended, but honestly I dont notice that big a difference live. Although I imagine recording would probably sound better.

Nice!!
It's hard for me to tell the difference. I need a larger snare stand. I play a Pearl 14x8 snare. I believe it's a wonderful product.

I immediately noticed a difference in the sound of the snare drum....didn't sound as chocked.

Works great!!!
Product worked great on my snare stand mounted tom. The tom resonates and does not get choked by the snare basket. I highly recommend it!

Sheik Yerbouti!!!
Amazing product! Really are a must if you mount your rack tom on a snare stand, the difference in resonance is mind blowing. I also use the Booty Shakers on my floor tom, equally as impressive. As a side note... If you find the resonance is too much for your tastes (as I did), tune the bottom head higher than the top, that will tame it. I use a Tune-Bot to help with that, another awesome product!
