Too heavy and stiff
The Water Right hoses are absolutely the best. But this 75' 600 series is a beast. Get the 400 or 500 series unless you want to wrestle with a giant Anaconda every time you try to use the hose. The 600 series might be ok for a 25' hose or a hose that you don't often move.

Good!
I’ve had the hose for a month and still happy with it! I tried 4 different hoses in our automatic hose rewinder and storage box. This one is the only one that didn’t leak and was light enough to wind properly. The outside is a little sticky which was the only challenge during the winding process but overall not a big deal. Definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a hose but I was shocked by how many hoses on the market have dangerous chemicals (literally the packaging on some say “known to cause cancer and birth defects”). With my kids using the hose for sprinklers and growing vegetables...it’s worth it to me!

Beauty is only skin deep
This is beautiful. I mean, who has an eggplant colored hose? I so very much wanted to like this despite the negative reviews but that was not to be. The material wants to stick to itself for one thing so that alone keeps it from being easy to use. The main thing is that it is not cooperative. It wants to do just wants it wants which is to coil up exactly as it had been coiled up previously so it’s tedious putting it to bed. Good luck trying to pick up the whole thing and coil it up tight as in to get it back in the box it came in. It was pretty much Whack a Mole. Pretty, expensive, pugilistic.

It is pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for
I have been using this hose for several months now. I love it so much I am pondering buying another one. I will add, this the third type of nontoxic garden hose I've tried, and it is the best by far. The other ones got mildewy on the outside pretty quickly, and one, a slim hose from a high profile gardening supply company, split after one season of use. But the Water Right still looks like new, and it doesn't kink.

Lightweight but kinky
First, the pros: lightweight, nice color, seems durable. Because of its coil memory, it’s easy to wind back into the hose pot. Now the one con: because of its coil memory, it kinks like crazy - at least a couple of times for every use. But I’ve got two and I’m keeping them. There just is no such thing as hose perfection.UPDATE: I reduced the star rating from 4 to 2. The coil action on this thing is going to kill either me or my plants. It will snap you in face (really bad if there's a sprayer attached to the end) or break off a branch in a second - there's just no control over it. Really pretty disappointed in it.Second update: Another reduction! It has hit me the face, wiped out plants, and fights me every time I time to reel it in. I like that it's a local company for us, but do better!

Worth the Money
It's expensive for a hose. However, it's light weight, extremely durable and kinks fall out easily. I like to use those self winding hose reels. I like how they work, but they are cheaply made. Regular hoses are heavy and will strip the gears. This hose rewinds easily and doesn't over tax the gears. I'm glad I bought it.

coil memory is unwieldy
I have several of this manufacture's hoses, this is the 1st try at the 600 series ( the others are 500 series ).I used the fence to straighten out the coil memory ( pulled it straight and zip tied it ).The problem is, this made the hose poker straight and trying to coil it in a hose pot would not work.the hose pot is the ASIN : B003XM58FY.Nice hose, but the 600 series is a bit unwieldy compared to the 500 series. For a 1/2" vs a 5/8" hose, go with the 500 series hose so it is workable.

Awesome hose
Just got this hose and love it! Sure it's expensive but you get a drinking/garden safe hose that is clearly quality made. I do not understand the negative comments about flow rate and how hard it is to keep it from curling up. I don't see those problems with this product at all. I was looking for something to water my raised garden beds without lugging 5 gallon buckets from the kitchen to the backyard. I've found what I was looking for! Thanks Water Right!
