One quarter tsp, four times a day, with a cup of weak coffee, and a few other healthy things, will put a sparkle in your step.
While I haven't bought this brand, yet, as I bought a fifteen year supply for $60 about nine years ago or so, I can confirm that I'll put it right up there with baby aspirin, Kirkland long and skinny ibuprofen, vitamin e, kirkland multivitamins, vitamin c, calcium, tomato salsa/paste/juice/whole (what google says about the brain stimulating affects about tomatoes "Tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) contained a high level of '-galactosidase activity which was due to three forms of the enzyme. During tomato ripening, the sum of their activities remained relatively constant, but the levels of the individual forms of '-galactosidase changed markedly." Okay, they didn't talk about the brain stimulating affects. But I just did. And Donald Trump, in the Art of the Deal, says that all he has for lunch is a can of tomato juice. And I won't get into how I found out that I got myself addicted to tomatoes because of my concentration meditation practice, but I digress. Where was I? Vitamin c, calcium, brigham tea powder, flaxseed oil, tuna, Nescafe (coffee), and now, my latest addition, raw ginger, about a pinky's worth. Should eat it with a knife. But I am not going to recommend alcohol, unless one has an Xbox and nowhere to drive late at night.
