Had this bed for 11 years
I bought this bed in 2008 and just replaced it in 2019. After 9 and a half years it began noticeably sagging in the center. Keep in mind this is a mattress that you cannot flip over because it has a pillow top. So the fact that it took so long to start sagging is amazing to me. The mattress is just like the hotel, it is firm and plush at the same time. It's always best to buy direct from Westin because they do have sales about 3 or 4 times a year. Anyone that doesn't say this mattress is amazing is just playing untrustworthy. Lol. But seriously this mattress is worth every dollar and it lasts twice as long as anything out there. There are no feathers, no spring issues, and no ungodly memory foam that makes you sweat. Anyone that has slept on my bed has remarked how amazing amazing the mattress is. #lovinit

Absolute nightmare
Don't do it. Do not buy the Heavenly Bed. You'll be so sorry.It's absolutely the worst bed I've ever slept on. I've had mine for four years now and I can't stand it any longer. I don't want to fork out money again, but my back can't take it any longer. I just ordered a new bed. Sigh.

Warranty is a Joke
I bought a Westin King Bed mattress and box spring. After 5 years the mattress sagged and gave me horrible back pain. I called Westin and they sent someone out to my home in Paradise Valley Arizona. They looked at it and said it looks like it needs to be replaced. My claim was denied. I spent close to $2000.00 on the set. I will never buy another thing from Westin. Ever! Their warranty is not worth a can of beans.

Not the hotel quality
This mattress is not the hotel quality. SertaSimmons makes these for Marriott and they are awful. They do not hold up. In a month the mattress sags. They are crap quality. Do not buy one. See the photo of a two month old mattress set!!!!!!

This bed is an absolute scam. It is NOT the bed they use at Westin hotels and it will sag within 2 weeks of use. It's an absolute back breaker I repeat do NOT buy this horrendous product.
