LGAAP73252202 Refrigerator Door Bin Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Part

I have no choice but to buy the same substandard product used in a very well designed box filled with thin, brittle plastic parts that crack and break so easily that we see that this will not be our last order of this same part. What happened to quality? We have had to replace every component on this frig in its first three years. Surely they could make door shelves if s better quality.

I wish I could give a rating beneath a 1 star! This is my second purchase of this door bin and my fridge isn’t even a year old! How can a Kenmore Elite be so well made, but have door bins so poorly made! Where the clear plastic connects to the white bin base on the sides always cracks. I’m hoping Kenmore will get these reviews and do something about this issue. I’m attaching pictures to show a graphic representation of the problem. Highly disappointed with the quality of this product.

We have owned this refrigerator for 3 years. During that time, the two drawers that came with the refrigerator plus two that we've purchased to replace those have all broken. We like the refrigerator but weak drawers need to be addressed. There is a big design flaw. We never overload them nor do we put heavy items in them.

Perfect and fast shipping. Called the manufacturer of my refrigerator and they told me how much 2 of these shelves would cost and then it would take 2 weeks until they were shipped. I couldn’t wait for two weeks. So I kindly thanked him and said I would look at alternative sources (Amazon) to purchase with faster shipping. He immediately told me do not go to Amazon. (I didn’t even mention I was looking at Amazon). He stated Amazon buys generic parts and sells them as original parts. He said that if I bought them off of Amazon they would not fit and I would be very disappointed. I looked at Amazon, the shelves were close to the same price, but they were Prime, so I could have them in 2 days. To me this was easier and more convenient than waiting two weeks. So I purchased the shelves. Needless to say they fit perfectly. I have to be honest I don’t know these parts were generic or not I really didn’t look at the box before I threw it away, but it doesn’t matter they fit and that works for me!

Mine arrived in a wilted and thin cardboard box. Luckily, it had no damage. BUT...there were scuff marks, scratches and leaked food deposits that tell its age...and I'm not sure how much more life this will have, as it seems to have had a long service life already. Did not expect to pay these high prices for a salvaged bin.
