Extremely poor quality product and customer service
Have been using Keihls products since past many years and this eye cream is my go to cream. I ordered the eye cream first time from this seller and the product came very bad with split water and cream almost kind of expired looking. Where as upon registering a complain their reply was very rude and unresolving and accepting the faulty product as well as asked me to bear the courier charge for sending it back to them. Yet after three days passed there is no information and contact on sending the courier that clearly shows their intent to not refund.

Beware it’s fake
The product disintegrated more like oil and lumps.

Klare Kaufempfehlung. (Weiblich, 45 Jahre alt)

Lovely creamy eye treatment
I really like the texture of this eye cream. It feels creamy and pleasant to apply, keeps my eye area hydrated and is easy to work into my usual skincare routine. I only need a small amount, so the pot should last a while. Overall, a lovely product and one I’ve been happy using.
