Hartstone Pottery Cookie Sheet Baking Stone

Don't second guess yourself on this one, this is an honest company that makes fabulous bakeware! The cookie sheet is perhaps my favorite so far (we also purchased the pie pan, muffin pan and loaf pan).When this first arrived, I washed it in warm water and wiped it will grapseed oil. I baked some of my homemade sugar cookies on it (refrigerated batch from yesterday) and they baked beautifully and tasted 1,000 times better than they did with parchment paper on an aluminum pan. The cookie sheet really brought out the flavors of the butter and sugar, even my husband noticed the difference! :)The cookies did not stick at all and it was so easy to scoop them off the stone with a spatula. The bottom of the cookies were soft with a heavenly crisp to it (not hard and browned). It takes a little bit longer to bake things, but I guarantee you it is worth every minute!The texture is soft and the weight is nice and heavy. We are SO happy with our purchase and feel it will last us a lifetime, we will continue to recommend this company for years to come! :)

I love this baking stone. It bakes wonderfully and I love that it is non-toxic. However, the first one I got was broken. It was easily replaced. The second one I received broke within 2 weeks. It got a hairline crack in the middle of the handle and when I picked it up it literally just tore in 2 pieces as easily as a piece of paper. I don't know what happened. I really want to love this and I really want to replace it with another, but I am leery of this happening again. I don't know if I just got a lemon or if this is normal with stone baking ware. This is my first piece of stone baking ware so maybe I did something wrong. I love this stone so much that I'll probably order another and try again. Third time's a charm, right?

I absolutely love this stone product. My kids and I have used it about 5 times now for cookies, bread, appetizers, etc...and every time we get perfectly cooked items with no browning/burning on the bottom like we used too and don't have to use anything to make this non-stick which is nice. Clean up is super easy. Highly recommend.

I have a trivection oven which results in a smaller oven. I had so much trouble finding a stone to fit. It's great for pizza and cookies and the big bonus is it's made in the USA!!!!Once again Amazon comes through with the hard to get products and I LOVE that it is made in the USA!!!!

Have been using it almost daily since purchase. "Non-stick" is not actually true right out of the box, but rub the entire surface down with refined cocnut oil before baking for a couple months and it is perfect!

Bought this for my wife because her 'Pampered Chef' stone cracked after many uses. Love the stone to this point and hopefully it holds up to it's reviews because we will buy more....

It's a little heavy, but works great for my baking. I use coconut oil, and my cookies don't stick to the stone. I'm happy I had an option to buy this natural stone baking sheet, versa some toxic Teflon, etc.

We bought for making naan bread. Very pleased with results. Fit just right in oven. Would recommend or buy again.
