The difference is going to be the base. The pro unit has a fully rubberized base where as the home version just has 6 small rubber feet on the base. I had to contact the company to get this exact answer **Q: Does it includes DVD and foot pump** A: It did not include a DVD but it did come with a foot pump. **Q: What size is it?** A: I have never measured it but it is about the size of have a regular balance ball. - Large enough for any adult to get both feet on top. **Q: Does this item includes a foot pump, Integrated Balance Training Manual and DVD** A: The one I received had the foot pump and Integrated Balance Training Manual but no DVD.
