This is a great soothing tea that I grew up with for PMS, upset tummy and a very relaxing hot beverage that would make you kick off your shoes and go "ah..". It is a tad expensive but for all that feel good feeling, it is really worth buying these especially if and when you can't get them in your local Asian store readily.You can easily mix these sachets with either cold or hot water. They are sweetened already so you do not need to add any sweetener.Highly recommended!
