Measure yourself and use the size chart!!!!My thigh was 16 1/2 above the knee cap as per the instructions.I got the L and it fit great.I'm female, weigh 170lbs, am 5'7". Wear size 12 pants/jeans.

LENGTH IS SHORTER THAN ADVERTISED
The pair I received looks a bit different; it has a shorter length.However, I believe it did help lessen the pain caused by my recent walks.Also, the magnets are really very tiny. I thought they’d be bigger.

These are the BEST knee sleeves! My naturopath recommended that i get ones with magnets and these had the best reviews. I had knee surgery a year ago and knee is still strengthening. I've been wearing these for over a week and what a difference! They're also extremely comfortable!
