Below is my initial review - I actually took this box on a trip last week and felt I should update my review upon return. I originally gave 2 stars - now I give 1. It is so small and it doesn't really matter how careful you are with your necklaces, the necklace compartment is so small, even just 1 necklace tangles up. I had 3 in it and it took me 30+ minutes to untangle them upon return - an they were in a carry on bag that was treated with respect. The necklaces tangled just sitting in the safe in our room. This should be sold at the $1 store and not here for $10+. I was initially going to give it to my daughter for her small jewelry collection but now, it will go in the garbage - I wouldn't do that to her! Bummer.**I bought this based on the good reviews. The quality seems good, but this is much smaller than I expected. I figured I could double up & get 6 necklaces in it - I can barely get one in it - 3 will fill it up completely. The 4 separated compartments are very tiny - i can probably fit 1 ring or a few stud earrings, otherwise you need to take them out (they are removable) and you may be able to fit a bracelet - my non-filled pandora bracelet doesn't fit. I'll have to wear it lol and any other larger jewelry I want to take with me on our 7 day cruise. This would be great for a little girl. In fact, I'll probably gift it to my 4 year old daughter. (I'll get some pics up if possible.)

As much traveling as I do, this will come in handy. Before, I would either not travel with any jewelry (a shame when packing a couple of nice dresses for dancing) or I would toss a few pieces in a drawstring bag or cosmetic bag, which is a great way to get everything tangled.I especially like the divider with the holes for earrings (although it only works for the post earrings. It doesn't work with hooks unless you bend them open first).Inside the lid, there are three metal tabs with a pouch underneath. This arrangement seems like it will keep everything from tangling.I would describe the color more like pearl (or very pale champagne) with a silver thread pattern, rather than "silver."I'm considering buying a few more as gifts!

It’s a cute little jewelry box. Fits my necklaces and rings well but my bracelets are a bit too big. I have my bracelets in a separate bag. Necklaces haven’t tangled which is usually my biggest issue when shoving it all in one bag. For the price, it’s perfect! The zipper isn’t the smoothest so I do have to be careful when zipping and unzipping it. I feel that if you tug too hard, it may get stuck or get broken.

I bought this to take a few pieces on an upcoming trip. I liked the fact it had a mirror, plus ring and necklace spots, not to mention the little open spots. It was compact and seemed great to stash in my luggage. However, what it is not is useful once the jewelry is inside. When you have rings in the ring spots AND earrings (I had put one set of pearl studs in the mirror section), they scrape against each other. The base isn't deep enough for all sections to have jewelry in it, which defeats the purpose for what I wanted. Also, the top doesn't stay open on its own, which I found frustrating. Overall, not worth the trouble. I suppose I'll try for a slightly larger one that's probably more expensive, but likely worth it.

I have a traveling jewelry case that I've had for about 20 years. My mom wanted to get ones for my twin girls but it's not easy. They are either too bulky or come in a wrapped style that makes it hard to access things like earrings. I wanted something like what I had. When my girls opened the package I heard "oohs and aahs." They both said they really needed a jewelry box for traveling. One of my girls has pierced ears and one doesn't so I didn't want one that would have a lot of wasted space if you don't have pierced ears. Here's what I love about this case which is why I got it for grandma to gift to the girls:PROS:- not too wide or too deep (doesn't take up too much space in the suitcase)- not too small- sturdy so values won't get smashed- mirror--and it's decent- pretty and makes you feel like it's worth to have treasures in it- not too many designated earring holes and the place where they're at also serves as a cover for the necklace area so it doesn't take up space for those who don't need a place for pierced earrings- Has a designated space for necklaces to lessen tangling- just enough little square compartments for those who'd rather store their earrings or something else thereCONS:- too much area for rings- kind of wish it were longer and not as deep as it would fit flatter in a suitcase that way but it were at the risk of losing the necklace area then I prefer it this wayI can't understand can't why they have so much space designated for rings. If you have valuable rings you're probably going to wear them OR it could be placed in one of the square compartments as there is no risk of tangling. I think it would be better to have 5 little open compartments and only 1-2 ring holders. It would also be better to have two of the open compartments combined into one larger one because then you would store a larger piece of jewelry like a pin/brooch. So if this perfect? No. Then why did I give it 5 stars? Because there is literally nothing better out there...believe me I tried for months and checked out every store I could think of--online and offline. This was the best and my girls liked it and have been using it for travel. AND the price is very reasonable.

Exactly as pictured. The movable compartments are slightly flimsy and i have to use the flower ornaments as a tab to pull down the board that covers the necklace compartment. The mirror is also unclear because of all the fuzz that got stuck onto it and I can't seem to clean it off. With all of that said the product is great! The compartment are exactly what i need and allows me to store my dainty jewellery and a watch neatly. The outside of the case is very cute!

My mom loves her jewelry and always uses multiple pouches when travelling. I bought this so she could keep all her rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets in one place. The compartments are great for keep things organized and tangle free. The box is small and discrete enough that she can keep it hidden in her purse.

Protects jewelry. Easy to transport. Necklaces get tangled easily inside.

Cheaply made, and not what I had expected when purchased.
