I found this safe to use on my 16 months old (diluted it with fractionated coconut oil) and pregnant women like myself. Every time, my daughter is sick or getting sick, gets bruises, cuts or pains.. I apply the lavender oil on her and she feels better. I also diffuse it in her room. As for me, it helps relax me when I'm stressed and cannot sleep from my aches and pains.
