I bought this for my sourdough baking and it works very well. You just have to do a cold start with it but the bread turns out beautifully.

Ne ho prese parecchie x me e diverse anche da regalare agli amici buongustai come me. E' un ottimo prodotto perchè previo ammollo in acqua fredda x almeno 1 ora, permette di cucinare le pietanze in forno senza che perdano la componente liquda. I cibi mantengono così una morbidezza e una idratazione difficile da ottenere con altri sistemi. Oltretutto sono veramente belle e fanno un figurone in tavola. Sul finale si può scoperchiare x finire, anche esteticamente, grigliando la superficie. l'interno del contenitore basso è smaltato x cui lo si pulisce agevolmente, mentre il coperchio è solo terracotta senza smaltatura. Le decorazioni sono fatte bene.

The quality of the coating is terrible. After a few cooking, it cracked.My previous Römertophserved me for 15 years.Luckily I’m within the guarantee period. I hope the replacement will be of better quality.
