Great Little Pillow Cone! Much Better Than Those Plastic Ones!!
Great little pillow cone. The first one we bought (the orange one in the last photos) was too big. She couldn't lay down comfortably. But we got this tomatoe one (under 7lbs) and it's perfect. She's probably around 7-8lbs, and there's plenty of room around her neck. We barely have to use the drawstring feature. Even with open, wide, flat bowls, the other cone was too big, but now that she has the smaller one, she eats and drinks like normal. She can even jump on beds and chairs with the smaller pillow on, very easy for her to move around in. Poor thing has flea bite allergies, and its that time of the year. She licks the base of her tail bald and raw, so we use the cone to clean the area and apply cream without her licking the medicine off. It is easy to put on and remove, and is a fairly decent price for a simple solution. We haven't had to wash it yet, but the fabric will probably make it easy to wipe clean with a rag.

Best solution for surgery recovery!
This is the best thing ever! My male cat got neutered and immediately wanted to lick his wound. I initially got him one of this soft cones but he hated it and did everything he could to get it off, which i feel like was ultimately worse for the stitches than licking. I got him this soft collar and he loves it! It took him a while to get used to it but now he never takes it off! And he can comfortably sleep with it on which is great!

comfy, useful but if cat is dedicated enough easy to remove..
bought this for my kitty for her spay surgery - she hated it at first, but then again she also hated the recovery suits I bought for her. It worked great for the last couple of days of her recovery period but only for short periods of time- it’s comfortable for her once she’s used to it but i guess good and bad thing is that its easy for her to remove if she tries hard enough so I couldn’t really be worried about her accidentally strangling herself but it was frustrating how she managed to get it off of herself when I wasn’t looking - if anything she uses it kind of like a neck pillow - if you do get this and wanna use it - make sure you can be around to put it back on if they managed to take it off or else it won’t really do anything to prevent your pet from tampering with a recovery wound/incision

Comfy, washable, non-irritating cone alternative
Our cat does not tolerate plastic cones well (and is skilled at getting them off) but didn’t even try to get the lemon off. We ordered a second one to change out for washing because after a few days it started to pick up quite a bit of her food and she was continually licking it. This item fit our 15-lb cat comfortably and kept her away from her stitches after abdominal surgery. Would definitely recommend!

Great! … but not for him
My cat likes this A LOT more than the other (plastic) cone he was previously in. He started over grooming his front legs, and, in an attempt to discourage it, our vet recommended a cone. He was unable to eat or drink properly in the plastic one, so we opted out for a soft version. While I am happy with this products ‘s soft and plush feel, it does not entirely stop him from accessing his front legs. The wounds are about half way up his legs; therefore, if your pet has an area on their back or stomach, I’d recommend this cone! It feels like a pillow, and the sizing is perfect: he weighs 15 lbs and I got the medium.

Get it!
My poor baby was miserable with the cone. After A LOT of research, even thinking about of those healing suits but he is a male and it was hard to find something that cover the area and help preventing him from licking, I found this and omg. Life changer! Immediate relief, so so much better than the plastic cone. If you care about your fur baby, this definitely helps SO much. My boy even uses it as a pillow and sleeps so good. 10/10

Does the job!
It's been really good for my cat! She got spayed and I tried the cone but it's was such a horrible experience for her and she kept taking it off so then I tried the surgical onesie so she can't lick the area but she wouldn't move at all and it made her so uncomfortable and I hated to see her unhappy so I looked through amazon and found this one that got delivered the same day I ordered it and I am soooo happy with this purchase! It has been so good for my cat and it let's her eat, drink water, see her surroundings, move around, and it's very light but it definitely does the job and she's not able to pick the area nor take it off. She even uses it as her pillow and got used to it very quickly! I definitely recommend it 😊

Great!... Ish.
My cat is more confident moving around and eating, she seems to be comfortable while laying down and using her close quarters litter box. The problem? She managed to somehow get it around her waist, I had it tight enough, I made sure there was wiggle room so she could breath but she managed to still somehow get it over her arms and around her waist and ripped out more fur, so, depending on if that happens again, I probably won't use this and go back to the cone :( but I'm hopeful it'll work.
