I took this supplement for one week and stopped. After the first day or two I wasn't feeling that great but continued to feel worse day after day. After trying to figure out what was causing the problem I discovered (after peeling a sticker off the back of the label) that this supplement is made in a facility that also manufactures wheat among many other allergens, I have celiac disease and I am very careful about what I have in my house. I can not give an unbiased review so I have given the supplement to my husband to try and will edit when he finishes the bottle. I will say though that with so many potentially life threatening allergens (milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish) that may have come in contact with your product you should warn this on your description IN BIG WRITING on Amazon and on the bottle, not small print just on the bottle under a sticker.
