CTM HS-5600 Rear Wheel Drive Power Chair

I love the chair I have a problem with the chair not working. yesterday I talked to a technician ???? I give here the order # serial # and all pertinent information she seemed lost and finally realized she neded to help me but said she needed to talk to someone else and would call me right back I waited 2 hours in cold aera and finally left to house still had phone. I want to know why and is someone going to help me with my outage ? I need want expect help ?? I think she should be terminated jbm
