Review: Solid, Secure Mount That Takes Your Kayak Electronics to the Next Level - I added the YakAttack LockNLoad Fish Finder Mount to my kayak setup to secure my fish finder and make it easier to view sonar data while fishing, and it has been a noticeable upgrade over standard ball-mount systems. Right away, the LockNLoad mounting system stood out — it provides a stable, secure attachment that doesn’t slip, rotate, or wiggle once locked into the track. I mounted it on my kayak’s rail track and was impressed by how solid it holds even larger displays, giving me confidence in rough-water conditions. The system works with most kayak tracks like YakAttack’s MightyMount and GearTrac, and a wide range of fish finder brands and models fit right on the mount. Installation was straightforward with the included hardware, and the adjustability makes it easy to position the screen exactly where I need it for visibility and glare reduction while paddling. Over multiple trips, it hasn’t loosened or shifted, and the low-profile footprint means it doesn’t get in the way when I’m casting or changing hands. Overall, this mount delivers on both security and versatility, making it a valuable addition if you’re running a fish finder on a kayak, canoe, or small boat. The peace of mind that comes with a tight, adjustable mount is well worth it, and it genuinely enhances the fishing experience. Highly recommended for serious anglers and weekend paddlers alike. ## Features - SECURE LOCKNLOAD SYSTEM – Innovative LockNLoad design prevents slipping and rotation, ensuring a rock-solid fishfinder mount in rough waters. - WIDE FISH FINDER COMPATIBILITY – Fits Garmin Striker 5-9, EchoMap 6-9, Lowrance Hook Reveal 7-9, Elite FS 7-9, Raymarine Element 7, Axion 7-9, and more. - KAYAK TRACK MOUNT DESIGN – Easily installed on YakAttack GearTrac, MightyMount, and most factory-installed kayak rail mount accessories for hassle-free setup. - ADJUSTABLE & EASY TO REMOVE – Allows for quick adjustments and one-handed removal, making it easy to reposition or store when not in use. - DURABLE, MADE IN THE USA – Built with high-quality materials for long-lasting performance and backed by YakAttack’s Built for Life Guarantee. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07G7DT3BX | | Additional Features | Adjustable | | Best Sellers Rank | #74,465 in Sporting Goods ( See Top 100 in Sporting Goods ) #80 in Kayak Accessories | | Brand | YakAttack | | Color | Black | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Fish Finders | | Compatible Phone Models | Fire Phone | | Compatible devices | Fish Finders | | Compatible phone models | Fire Phone | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Kayak | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 734 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Aluminum | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00819731014367 | | Included Components | 1 item | | Item Dimensions | 25 x 25 x 25 millimeters | | Item Type Name | Fish Finder Mount | | Item Weight | 0.01 Pounds | | Manufacturer | YakAttack | | Mfr Part Number | FFP-1003 | | Model Name | FFP-1002 | | Model Number | FFP-1003 | | Mounting Type | Track Mount | | Mounting type | Track Mount | | Shape | Rectangular | | Special features | Adjustable | | UPC | 819731014367 | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** YakAttack - **Colour:** Black - **Compatible devices:** Fish Finders - **Compatible phone models:** Fire Phone - **Mounting type:** Track Mount ## Images ![Yakattack Rectangular Fish Finder Mount Track Mounted LocknLoad Mounting System FFP-1003 For Larger Lowrance, Garmin, Raymarine - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51pE+FHD-yL.jpg) ![Yakattack Rectangular Fish Finder Mount Track Mounted LocknLoad Mounting System FFP-1003 For Larger Lowrance, Garmin, Raymarine - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51PbMUjpO1L.jpg) ![Yakattack Rectangular Fish Finder Mount Track Mounted LocknLoad Mounting System FFP-1003 For Larger Lowrance, Garmin, Raymarine - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61uvvH8axML.jpg) ![Yakattack Rectangular Fish Finder Mount Track Mounted LocknLoad Mounting System FFP-1003 For Larger Lowrance, Garmin, Raymarine - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61kKxhqitgL.jpg) ![Yakattack Rectangular Fish Finder Mount Track Mounted LocknLoad Mounting System FFP-1003 For Larger Lowrance, Garmin, Raymarine - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71QVVpVts8L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid *by P***B on 13 September 2024* This is actually better than my ram mount.
