Do not waste your money on this book!! The recipes are horrible - not well thought out as to ingredients or directions. The directions are done so sloppily that one has to guess how to combine ingredients and whether or not all ingredients have been listed. I haven't tried all recipes, but the five I did try were Inedible. Run away!
