On their own they don't serve much purpose but when used over socks and a compression sleeve they fit good. I wear a men's size 10 shoe and alone it would be a little loose.

At first, and by that I mean, the first hour, they helped a lot. After that they kept sliding up off of the heel, and I can't use them at all.

Useless. Did absolutely nothing. I'm returning.

Me and my husband have plantar fasciitis and have been recommended for heel shots. While the pain is really bad and makes walking difficult at times, we are trying to do things to alleviate the pain without cortisone injections. I tried Liomor foot/arch support and have found that it does reduce our heel pain. While we are not pain free I have seen an improvement in my pain. The brace is not bulky and you are able to wear your socks and shoes with comfort. I have a small very narrow foot and found it to be a little loose around my ankle, but with socks on helps the brace to fit snugger. My hubby has a wide foot and the brace fits easily on his foot and he is also able to wear a sock and shoe with it. So far we have used this product and found some relief. However, dealing with chronic foot pain, we have found that there is no quick fix to alleviate the pain. We personally feel a brace like this is a great start.The heel/back of ankle portion is cushioned and nicely sewn. The material is very flexible and generous to accommodate the smallest foot to a large foot. I am happy with this product and have no problems recommending it to others. This Liomor Heal Product is a great fix for your tired feet. I have weak arches and after a long walk / hike my feet ache. I can't believe how much Better my feet feel after walking using these.They come in a set of two. They are easy to put on and easy to take off. The material is a high elastic that can accommodate most sizes. They are easy to wash and I just let them air dry.I recommend this product for anyone that does a lot of walking and these can easily be worn everyday.Disclosure.
