I take it to boost immunity. It has D3 and K2 to help absorption into the body unlike a lot of other Vit D on the market. It’s made in Uk so you know what you’re getting. The spray works quicker than pils and is easier to use. There are 120 doses per bottle. I’ll be using this in the future. Much better than pills.

Good if you can put up with the taste
Have been using for a few weeks easy to use just 4 sprays under the tongue but had to stop as getting a chemical aftertaste tried to persevere but taste now getting to me

Ordered this for my husband by a Homeopathic and Naturopathic Practitioner as his vitamin D level was very low. This is an exceptionally easy vitamin to take using the spray. It is sprayed under the tongue and has a pleasant taste. Haven’t had a blood test yet to see how his vitamin level is after taking. I have since bought one for my brother and one for myself, I use two sprays each day and I feel an improvement in my skin after two weeks, I have suffered with dry skin particularly on my face for many years and have never taken any supplements so this is a first for me and I am pleased with the result thus far.
