Lipovarin contains 300mg of caffeine so it WILL shoot you extremely high up in energy bracket and it will make it hard for you to sleep if you take a pill late in the evening. The suggested usage is 3 pills a day (2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon is best) for a total of 900mg of caffeine so you will want to cutout any other caffeine beverages. Lipovarin comes with the risk of Heart attack, Irregular heartbeat, and Stoke. I took this product years ago when I was 19 and a few pounds over 400 (I was really that huge), When I kicked off my diet change I ate nothing but cold cut sandwiches made at home, water, yogurt, and lots of fruits and veggies and I got alteast 90 minutes worth of cardio every morning burning atleast 1,000 calories in those sessions. I took Lipovarin primarily for the energy boost and supressive appetite ingredients and it Honestly Worked. From August to December I lost about 60lbs and there was an extremely noticeable physical change. I also noticed that my heartrate would shoot up real high before it came back down and it was usually would happen when I wasnt doing anything to cause it. Shortly afterwards I decided to get off of Lipovarin for the obvious reason and continued my diet/excersize routine and losing 80 more punds through hard work without stimulants. I took this product only to START my change but I dont recommend extended usage of it. My heartrate has returned to normal over the years but it took alot of vitamins, and selecting heart healthy foods to repair any damage that was done.

What a scam, didn't do anything or help at all. I feel like a sucker for even trying this product. Save yourself the time and money and buy something else. And if it works, let me know what it is!

I agree with all of the REAL reviewers. This product does not work. The pills make you feel nauseated (sp?) all day, which then you have to keep eating, so you can minimize the sickness. I guess when you feel nauseated, you don't necessarily eat. Therefore, the need to vomit will keep you from eating.If you read some of the 5 STAR reviews, you'll notice that there are also 5 STAR reviews for other pills from the same company. How un-slick was that? Not only that, all their reviews were posted on the same day. Just look at their reviews, ".... Thanks Lipovarin, you're the best....". Who the he*l writes a comment like that? If you like the product, you make the necessary comments. No one speaks to the product as if it were a person.Please, please, please save your money. I too read the bad review from the REAL people, but still shelled out my $60+. Just get a membership to a fitness club, or go on weight watchers.
