A model of the US&S A-5 Electropneumatic Switch Machine and CP Valve created from measurements of the machine at the San Francisco terminal. These machines are also in use at Chicago Union Station and other locations. A The were used in Los Angeles, Kansas City, PRR interlocking plants and many other locations. This casting is for a left hand installation.

Make your "wye" a point of interest!
Very well made and they add critical detail to any interlocking. One of the shortcomings of having under table switch machines is the barreness of the track without the valve and switch machine.....this remedies that deficiency and does it magnificiently!
