Q: If I take it to a public space such as cafe, would it be too loud for other people?

I brought it to the office, and it's loud enough to be noticed for the cubicle just across from you and the one next. But depending on your neighbors, they most likely too busy to care or they always work with ear buds anyway. One day I was out for a couple of days, My coworker sitting across from me. "Yeah I noticed you were gone for awhile, I missed that endless clicking!" She joked.

Q: Why a left handed return handle? Is the inventor left-handed? lol

The position of the carriage-return handle has nothing to do with handedness, and everything to do with the fact that we read from left to right. When you write by hand, your hand moves across the page from left to right. On a typewriter, the type always hits a fixed position, at the center of the machine. Thus the only way to get consecutive letters laid down from left to right is to ***carry the page from right to left.*** Instead of the lettering instrument moving on the page, the page moves on the instrument. When the carriage has carried the page all the way to the left, the only way to get it back to the right to begin the next line of type is to physically shove it from left to right. It's infinitely easier and faster to push from left to right with the left hand than it would be to pull from left to right with the right hand.

Q: Why is this so expensive? Any chance of a price cut? I'd buy 15 of them if they were only half the price.

Not likely. It's a high end keyboard. To cut cost they don;t even coat the keys. I;d pay $50 more if the keys didn't wear out so fast.

Q: Can I use the USB to connect to the computer instead of the wireless connection?

Mine both connects to my computer and charges the battery through the USB connection. Bluetooth is used to connect to devices that don't have USB connections.

I love this keyboard! Great mechanical keyboard, the multi Bluetooth connects seamlessly on my windows 10/ ipad pro and iPhone/Samsung. The body is sturdy, quite heavy but in a good way. The design is so well thought of. The battery when fully charged, average usage lasts for a long time.
