I really should give it 5 stars. I have Tmj really bad. I pop this mouth piece in and the tension starts to go away. Only problem I have which is probably my fault, is that I might have molded it one to many times. It feels super tight at times. I don’t wear it at night either.

I love how great this molded! It was easy (I was nervous about the process) and with some work put into it made a great mold. The first time I felt like it actually might shift my teeth )might have moved during molding process) so I was able to remold the exact same piece and it’s perfect. It’s stays in too. It is on the larger side. I haven’t been able to adjust to it quite yet. But I only clench my jaw during high stress times and by the time I got this I had stopped but now I have it when it starts again.

As long as you make sure you Aline it with your teeth , your good. It comes with back up if you can’t get it perfect the first time

I had a professional mouth guard made that I spent a lot of money on. It does not fit comfortably, so I thought I would try this out. It was easy to mold, and fits well. Def recommend!

I was skeptical when I saw this item--the price was reasonable to try out. When my wife's dentist advised her to get a night guard they were charging her almost $600 as a co-pay so she did some research online, ordered this item, and package was quickly delivered. The instructions that came with the box was easy to follow and the night guard really fit well. This item came with a pair so I used the extra one for myself just to try it out. I really liked the fit on this it is more comfortable and thinner than the one I had previously bought and paid for from my dentist (cost me $500 co-pay). Thank you...I will be ordering this again in the future.

Not comfortable or easy to fit. Will keep attempting to use but expect to replace with another product. Was under the impression there were two different sizes but evidently misunderstood product info.

This was so easy to mold to my teeth. I don’t sleep well, and I usually wake up with my jaw hurting. However, I slept for 12 hours with this thing. It’s amazing. Usually the rest of my body, especially my neck and back are sore upon waking but not today. I don’t know if that’s a coincidence, but the muscles are all linked. I feel so good

Very comfortable and easy to use! Came with an extra one just in case as well, which is awesome! I suffer with TMJ and have found great relief for daytime and nighttime from this product!
