a grind at the beginning but worth it
I'm a religious scholar so I think I might have had some unreasonable expectations of this work. I absolutely loved Rollo's previous books so I was very excited to dig into this. No surprise, it's the most dense of his material and I found myself impatient to get to his points as he set them up for folks who might not have a background in religious studies. I'm glad I stayed with it though because the payoffs do come through in major insights particularly around marriage and the church. It's an important if not totally entertaining read.

Groundbreaking material
I was a bit skeptical as to how Rollo would pull off a book about religion because it seems to me that he has an audience of readers that are both religious and non religious. I am only 5 chapters into the book and I already blown away at the richness of the information and angles he reveals to the inter workings of religion, society, and how they relate to the state of men and women in the current system he calls intersexual dynamics. There is groundbreaking… scratch that, earth shattering material in this book that make it a must read for not just Rational Male enthusiasts, but for new readers alike. I can’t recommend this book enough.

Rational Male Religión and The US Evangelical Church
Rollo explains the dynamic of a growing feminization of the so-called “church” in the USA and, presumably, the rest of the collapsing west (US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and NZ).Speaking to the evangelical church in the US, mostly the Presbyterian and Reformed Brand, an implicit - sometimes explicit - alliance has arisen between aggressive, feminist women expressing their natural (Genesis 3) desire to control, dominate and “betatize” men in combination with politically astute, seminary trained theological cowards in leadership positions. This toxic combination regularly seeks punish non-conforming men (I.e. stubborn alpha1.0s) who still think the old rules and standards should apply. These periodic emotional and spiritual “stonings”effectively control the pew sitters and cast certain uncooperative men outside the camp and declare them spiritually dead. These events also empower the two wings of the alliance as these otherwise female dominated beta-male pastors and elders and male fellow travelers feel justified by their “white knighting” of recalcitrant men because it rewards them with power, money or status within the organized churches they control. Other men watching these events cower in fear hoping they aren’t the next targets of the woke passive-aggressive agenda reigning supreme in churches like the PCA.What you’ll see in places like the PCA are “tough guy pastors” like Rick Phillips or Todd Pruitt holding themselves out to be some sort of “conservatives” holding the “line” on Biblical standards even as they cave and cater to the Gynocentric world and life view. They’ll even make a relatively clear and strong presentation of “Calvinist Soteriology” that keeps the rubes in the pews thinking they are defenders of Biblical truth and the historic confessions of faith. But one must watch what they do not what they say. It’s what they won’t say and don’t do that reveals their practical failures and compromises with evil.Lastly, many young men some inside the so-called “church” who’ve watched their fathers, older brothers or other men neutered by this Gynocentric alliance of church feminists and beta-male leaders are refusing to submit themselves to its “Grace-labeled” spiritual and emotional aggression. They realize that what’s being offered is an unconscionable contract (I.e. modern western marriage) and social abuse that will lead to their rape in the divorce and family law courts with no help from the “evangelical church” 99% of the time. They realize their health, wealth and relationships with their future children are being threatened by this toxic alliance. As commentator Aaron Renn has noted, inside and outside the church, young men are seeing the fraud of the feminist-beta-male paradigm being employed. They then reject the “church” either leaving it or never joining it to begin with. They are getting their understanding and warning from “internet gurus” like Tomassi and Rich Cooper or Aaron Clarey who have done better work analyzing and speaking “truth to power” than they’ll ever get inside the feminized evangelical church.Soon the evangelical church in the USA will be the domain almost exclusively of single moms who went wild between 18-24, beta-male pastors henpecked by dominant, controlling wives and the few remaining old school TradCons whose marriages are either sexless or about to dissolve once their wives invoke the terms of the reigning paradigm on these clueless husbands. These cowardly pastors and elders will soon face providential accountability along the lines of Japanese General Yamishita. Command responsibility doesn’t end just because they claim the didn’t know.Strong letter to follow.

Good read and true to what is happening in the church!
This was a good read and spoke to the fact that men are being driven from the church by the church's increased feminization. Marriage is a terrible deal for the man and until that changes we can only expect marriage rates to decline. It has nothing to do with 'not manning up', it's all about men's looking at not marrying as self preservation!

Very Well Written
Not everyone one will (or should) agree with everything that Tomassi writes, but they will have to agree that his writing style is pretty engaging and thought provoking. All generalizations applied to a group are false (agism, sexism, racism, etc). It is just as dangerous to assume that all men are certain way as it is to assume all women are a certain way. However, some of his observations are spot-on... the successful religions of the world going forward must adapt to the new reality that statistically women are becoming more educated than men. No one (especially men) should feel threatened by this. I would only hope that women could/would include this book in their studies without judging it based upon its cover (or title). Many Rational Females might draw similar conclusions and be totally cool with it.

A Masterpiece
What a herculean effort by Rollo Tomassi in this master work. Rollo's dedication to finding objective truths is unmatched in this space. He is willing to go where no other human being on the planet has gone to discover how intersexual dynamics (from our ancestral past to our modern-day society) has specifically influenced the world's religions. How he connects the dots from theme to theme throughout this book is a clear indicator of the depth and breadth of his knowledge and research he's accumulated over decades of work in this space. This is a daring, eye-opening and profound work. It is a dense book with a lot of themes he's juggling, but he explains his arguments very well throughout the read. I'm smarter now after reading this book, and you will too!

Another banger for Rollo
I got the kindle version and it took me a while to get through it, because English is not my first language. But it's worth the time. If you're reading this review and if you're a man, you should read this book asap.I would recommend this to my atheist friends as well.Congrats to Rollo for another great book with valuable content.

Rollo Tomassi Does it Again!
Rollo Tomassi is a tour de force when it comes to interpreting inter and intrasexual dynamics. In a his fourth book, The Rational Male : Religion, Rollo does a deep dive into religion, it's effects on intersexual dynamics, the rise of the new enlightenment and how it has changed our perception of human mating. In a break from his first three books which were compiled essays from his blog, book four is a full text of original material. Great work!

Well organized. Gemes everywhere. A must read.
I have read every books from author Rollo Tomassi, and this one is clearly the best. He is in fact reviewing all the basics, but he's adding something everywhere - even as i have read every book i still find something along the pages -. I also appreciate how well build this book is, every new subject add to the previous. I'm not a religious person so i was a bit worry, but even if you don't have any faith this book is worth your time. Also I have to say that in the previous books i sometimes had little trouble reading it ( not an english person ) but here i have like NO TROUBLES. Get it, for real.

The Better book of the series
This excellent book is the better of the first four as we see the author's maturing his thought and writing style. I was fearing the book would be a comparative between religions regarding he relations between men and women (and for this several books would be needed), but I was pleasantly surprised that it explains why, in a very structured way, ALL religions (some faster than others) are submitting the feminine world order. This gynocentric world view ha conquered all but the the most orthodox of religions, turning men into submissive "blue pill" "beta males". The books explains the many concepts and dynamics that made this possible and black pills about the future. A most enlightening read.
