Hair2wear Christie Brinkley Collection The Pony Medium Brown

I ordered this very product through HSN and it's a great hairpiece!!!! Then my friend grabbed it and won't give it back!! LOL so I ordered another one!!! This one I'm keeping!!!

I am extemely disappointed with this product. The first time I tried to use it one of the wires that wraps around your ponytail broke and was sticking into my scalp. I supposed I could still use it if I was okay with a gash in my head. I requested a return because the product was DEFECTIVE, but Sally's Beauty refused, stating their policy is "Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair extensions can be accepted for any reason". Amazon backed up Sally's on this and upon appeal to Amazon they held up Sally's policy still. I understand if I just didnt like it and wanted to send it back, then I would completely have to agree with their policy, but this item at $50 broke on the first attempt to use it. Now I guess I'm stuck with this piece of junk and out $50.

Very good quality. My first hair addition & didn't know that artificial human hair was of this quality. On the down side, though, found it to be fairly heavy and as my waist long hair is thinning due to medical conditions, I was afraid to wear it fearing the heavy weight might increase my hair fall out. But if you don't have my problem, this ponytail will impress you with the quality you get for this low price.
