Wash with a non-emollient soap, i.e. baby shampoo, Nutragenia facial wash. Do not be afraid toreally rub the pads to remove all of the debris. This does not hurt the adhesive quality of the pad but rather revives it. And try blow drying the pad instead of air drying. One of our customers does this and getsa lot more life out of the pad. What does it mean? Is it generic brand?** A: NO these are not generic. That statement was put on Amazon quite some time ago when the manufacturer changed the look of the packaging.
