Nice set. The straps that are attached to the handles could use some improvement, they are rough and could cause you to wear gloves while using them.

I have to say that I love using this. It is easy to use and very convenient. I can do it anywhere and everywhere in the house. I can even watch tv or listen to music. It takes barely any time to set myself up and begin my workout. I find it to be quite comfortable and I can go for quite some time without having to change positions. I love to mix up my routines on a daily basis. Sometime I workout my lower body and other times I do my biceps. I am already starting to see results from my workout and it feels great. I love using this and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a good workout session in.

I purchased these resistance bands for my boyfriend because he was complaining he wanted a stronger resistance band than what came with the ones from the T25 program from Beachbody. We have done a lot of the home based workouts and continue utilize, p90x3, p90x, Inanity, T25, Asylum and others that are offered from Beachbody.He was considering on buying the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells, but those cost $350. We also live in Chicago, however, these would have taken up more space in our apartment. He loves these bands and loves having the ability to switch to tougher bands, adding more resistance to the exercises. There are a lot of bands, so when he does use them, I have to tell him to put them back into the bag and into the drawer under our TV. For fast past workouts like T25, you are going to want to know which bands you want to use so you can quickly switch during the workout. I started to use them and I think I may get a pair myself.

Very solid material and easy to use. Carabiners make attaching, combining and removing the bands very easy. Great for P90X3 type workouts where you want to get the workout done quickly and with little fuss.

I have a toddler and an infant so it's hard to get a workout in. These are fun because my toddler can pretend to do it with me and my infant can watch without getting scared, because there's no jumping or fast movements involved. I have noticed that my muscles are getting toned pretty quickly. I definitely see a difference!

This thing is pretty damn amazing i must say. they took a while for the shipping. but thats whats to be expected when they offer free shipping. over all im pretty happy with the product itself

The XPS Exercise Resistance Bands are a great addition to a home workout for someone in their middle years. I'm not in the gym squad and I don't have a large budget for at-home equipment. While years ago, the suggestion to add a couple of soup cans or water bottles to your home workout routines was a great idea, eventually you need to add more resistance as your muscles become used to that light weight.I'm approaching 50 and on a quest to become more fit. After battling a knee injury for six months, I've been working with the Resistance Bands for a few weeks. I've worked my way up to using the yellow band for my weak knee alone, while using the blue band to work my squats. The additional resistance offers just enough force that I can feel myself regaining the mobility in that knee. Meanwhile, I am also using the blue band to work my arms and shoulders.This set is convenient for a small house without a lot of storage - everything fits easily into the storage bag. We have some traveling coming up later in the year and I plan to take along this set to continue my workouts while we are cottaging.I received this product in exchange for my inspection and review.

Great, durable bands for home workout. So I am that kind of person that is always making plans to workout, and have a gym membership, but keeps finding excuses not to go: it's either too cold, too hot, too early, too late; therefore, I never really exercised. I considered buying home equipment in the past, but due to the huge space they occupy, I always gave up on the idea. These resistance bands were the best thing I could ever get. They are easy to store, take no space, are always available, and I can take them with me everywhere. They come with all all need to work out; they can be clipped to doors, to each other; you can combine different colors to withhold more or less weight, and are made up with excellent quality, durable material. The hand grips are soft, and the tubes connections are sturdy. It even comes with a little workout routine to get you started. It is very convenient, and gives you great results. It's a great item to keep you fitt all year around using a few minutes of your spare time. I recommend it.
