Perfect fit, for less than a fraction of the price at the dealership. I would recommend. Additionally it takes less that 2 mins to install both arms. Have been using it for 6 months, it is durable and works fine.

Perfect fit but very strong
Perfect fit for my kia rio. My only observation is that the spring / piston is too strong. I have to use both hands to close the tail gate. I ended up using a nee one, alongside an old one for a better feel. I boe have a backup new rod.

A little too stiff, but does the job
A little stiffer than I would like. Tried just installing just one, but that didn't feel right either. Ended up installing both. It's a little hard to shut, but 1000x better than having the hatch fall on your head! 2016 Kia Rio

Fixed 2012 Kia Rio Tailgate
Did its job. Can tell it might be difficult to replace tho, due to it's install design. Need a VERY small yet strong flathead
