Can this be set with a hair dryer, or do I need to search out a heat gun on Amazon too?

`I ended up getting a heat gun. Not sure about a hair dryer.

Is it washable on fabrics like jeans?

So do I just mix it with my fabric paint be for painting on fabric ? And will it effect the original color if I mix it?
