Meh...could be improved
I have the Potette Plus which is great, however it's just too big and bulky to take everywhere if you don't have a stroller with you.Pros:Folds pretty small, enough to pop in your diaper bag.So far has held the weight of my hefty daughter, who is around 32lbs.ConsThe bag was good until the second time i used it, the "zipper" on it broke off. Useless.I realize it says "not for use with elongated toilets"...well you're going to use this on a public toilet, most of them don't make a full circle. It's quite precarious because it has to be perfectly centered or else it will fall in.As noted by others, if your child wiggles at all (or likes to re-position herself like mine), it'll easily move and flop right in. Learned the hard way to NOT let my daughter reposition herself. The anti-skid things on the bottom seem useless. It's just too narrow to be of use on American public toilets. I would stick with Potette Plus if you don't mind lugging around something big, but this is a good backup in a pinch.

Good for the price
I was looking for something convenient to carry around and not too expensive for my toddler. She loves it, especially the teddy bear. We pretend it sings "you can do it." The only reasons I don't give it 5 stars are that the seat does still slide around some and can fall in or cause toddler to fall if they are wiggly and you aren't ready to catch them. Also, the clip that seals the travel bag has slipped off easily a few times, but I've been able to put it back on. For the price, I would say it's perfect, but there are a few flaws.

Seat folded into itself and fell in the toilet.
We were very excited to come across this product for potty training our toddler. We planned on keeping this in the car in case we needed her to use a public toilet. The first time we tried to use it, it folded in on itself and fell into the toilet. As you can imagine, this completely terrified our toddler and she became scared of any public toilet. However, the toilet this was used on was fairly large, and might have been considered elongated (which the product doesn't work on, according to the package). Even though this may have been user error, the seat still felt flimsy and unreliable even on our toilet at home. Thankfully, our toddler has mostly overcome her fear of public toilets now. We're giving this seat a 2 star rating because it's not the worst thing ever and might work for some people, but it's mostly garbage (which is where ours ended up).Edited note: after this review, the company contacted us and offered a refund. They were very helpful and easy to work with. Very impressive!

Great Potty Seat!
Great item! Exactly what I was looking for! My daughter is newly potty trained and is very particular about what style of seat she is comfortable using. The usual folding style is too unstable and "slippy" for her, (and they sometimes pinch). This was ordered last minute to take on a trip with us and I was thrilled that it was a successful purchase. She loved it! It was comfortable, stable, easy to use and easy to clean. It folds up easily and fits in the convenient pouch, and right in my bag/purse. Great for public toilets...I just lay "tp" on the toilet seat and put this on top of the "tp"--to help save cleaning time after each use. I also keep a few lysol wipes in a sandwich baggy for quick clean ups--fits in the case with the seat, no problem.

OK potty seat for an OK price
It is ok for a travel potty seat (especially for that price) and just like any other product has couple of pros and cons. The good things is it fits perfectly in my purse, so I do not need to carry a diaper bag around without the need for diapers. It is easy to use and comes in a handy zip-lock bag. It fits on almost all (if not all) types of toilets.Keep in mind it does not 'sit' on the potty properly and slides back and forth - especially if you have an active toddler on your hands. Also, couple of times my little one's skin was caught in between the ends where the potty seat bends. She ended up with a little bruise both times and was reluctant to use the seat afterwards. In all fairness to the product, this happened because she just could not sit still and kept on bouncing, which caused the seat to slide and fold and unfold a little bit. If your child is active, just be cautious.

I've had no complaints with this since starting to use it 2.5 years ago. I love that this is truly portable and that it comes with a bag to put the seat in. I also like that it folds up small. This was a great thing to have with us at Disney just in case my daughter needed it, but it didn't take up a huge space. My daughter loved the pink color and the design on it. I find that it folds up easily and folds back down easily. I wipe it down with a baby or wet wipe after use and then clean it once at home more thoroughly. That has kept it in great shape.

It doesn't fit on any toilets in our house, ...
It doesn't fit on any toilets in our house, nor any public one we've come across so far. It doesn't stay folded so if my toddler squirms at all it buckles, moves, and scares her. It's important you know that it'll work for your VERY EXPERIENCED potty trained child only. It's great to literally make public toilets (with the opening in the front like the insert) smaller for your child. But it is not good for the new, nervous, or inexperienced toddler. The seller wants you to be satisfied and reached out about my original negative review. The product is great, if you are wanting it for a child older than the one pictured here. Ask the seller if you aren't sure.
