First set was used and missing letters. I purchased new. Requested a replacement it arrive quick and was brand new. Letters work great.

We are using these letters for a sandwich board sign. They fit and work great. Just be aware that the letters you receive may not be enough to complete your messages and you might need to order 2 or more sets. Not the fault of the supplier, but they can't predict what messages their customers might want to create, so select quantities for you.

I used this product for a letter board wall in my apartment. I was a little nervous at first that the size was going to be too small but it ended up working perfect and saved me quite a bit of money from what I found online at other retailers. My one complaint was that all the symbols in the package are red which I wasn’t a fan of but I understand this is used more for business purposes and to catch people’s eye on the go and not for home decor lol. Other than that I LOVE it.

These are great at first, but they do not hold up well in the sun, right for any length of time. They start to curl and turn brown in a matter of months. After a year or two, they may get so dark.That they're hard to read

This was just what I needed I was able to make an awesome sign very happy with the product. Easy to install and setup own a piece of painted plywood I also use the flexible strips to hold the letters

Great quality product. Nice design. I just don't understand why it does not include the '?'. Would be pretty useful.

Not actually through Amazon so customer service is garbage. The material is extra cheap and won’t last long at all!
