You would need a p-channel mosfet & driver for high side switching. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The one to use with 3.3V logic. *by M***H on 16 January 2021* For once a modest amazon listing!Most of the MOSFET modules on Amazon that claim they work on a 3.3v signal barely turn on at that voltage and will have overheating problems and voltage drop if you try to use them with a 3.3v microcontroller. This is because the MOSFET's need a bigger voltage to work properly. 5V is fine.This board includes a mosfet driver (the 8 pin surface mount device) to boost the current and voltage used to switch the device.The driver is an EG27324 and the mosfet a FDD8447L I think. This should allow you to work up-to 20V (I am happily switching 14V with mine at 1200Hz PWM and 1.5A peak current).You need to connect the Vcc pin to the microcontrollers Vcc (e.g. 3.3V).It's on resistance should be around 0.1 ohm and it should be happy switching upto 40V maximum, but make sure that you aren't asking it to dissipate too much current.
