Hi Johnson2016! This is a 4.5-ounce, 50/25/25 poly/combed ring spun cotton/rayon v-neck. So it is light weight but the low cotton content means that it won't be as prone to static electricity if that's what you mean by "cling". Otherwise the fit will be determined by the size you select, you can always size up for a looser fit. We recommend checking out the style specific size chart provided in the listing's images for product measurements and illustrations.

I’m looking at the size chart... it says bust size for a small is 18 1/4 inches. What women has an 18 inch bust?

For Body Length, please measure from armpit to hem. 
For Chest Width, please measure from armpit to armpit. 
Additionally, please note that the unit used when creating our Sizing Chart was Inches.
Furthermore, please note that we utilize a flat-measuring system, so you will not measure body circumference.

SMALL | Body Length 26 Chest Width 18 1/4

MEDIUM | Body Length 26 1/2 Chest Width 19 1/4
