I bought this to stabilize the floor around my toilet because there us a heat register right there and the floor can feel spongy at times. It definitely does that but it slides around a little, so I gave it a 4.

There is nothing wrong with the product. The shipping people did not send my NG pilot for my fireplace 11/27, Monday as I requested and were promised. I am returning the entire order. It is not the Prime driver's fault; he understood my anger and said, "there were no hard feelings." This issue is not the driver's fault He was very nice. Again, there is nothing wrong with this product. I love it.
