## Questions & Answers

**Q: Made in witch country?**
A: Philips designs things in The Netherlands. I did not read the box too well, however Philips tends to make things in Vietnam, China or Mexico.
If it helps, it is a lovely machine that is currently in my office. We go through 3kg of coffee beans per week, sadly mostly paid for by me and mostly enjoyed by my colleagues??? 
What is good is that the machine cleans easily, especially the milk container. Sufficient water in the right side water tank and beans directly in the top. There is even opening for special ground coffee. Only puzzle, when waking up, the machine warms and cleans itself for 20 seconds and that confuses the heck out of first time users.

**Q: Do you have the 110V version?**
A: Nope, we are twice as energetic as Americans... so 220 it is

**Q: how to do maintenance?**
A: Slide the water container on the right hand side forward and hand grip the grinder machine till it clicks and then pull out sideways. Rinse. Put it back in reverse order.
The milk container can be lifted by rotating it upward. A notch releases the glass and rubber straw. I bought a rubber bottle cleaner. 
Obviously, the tray at the bottom needs regular removal of water and coffee residue.

**Q: What does UAE version signify**
A: The plug of the machine is for UAE socket

Drinks are barely warm by the process. No hot drinks out of it. Even the simple Esspresso shots are cold. Coffee grinding have aftertaste and tooooo dark regardless of bean roast or origin. Stupid when out of beans or water... takes ages to sense that it was refilled. Pausing or cancelling process is by force press, and response rate is way tooooo slow. Frothing is another troublesome process... it doesn't sense the little bottom remaining milk.. waste of resource You can't use frothing functionality alone without wasting warmed milk AND coffee Now the used ground coffee compartment is jamming alot to reenter into the machine When I make drinks I heat them in the microwave to drink them It sat out of use for more than a month... ROI 0%
