I hate taking anything pill/capsule/tablet form I just hate putting things inside me that don't belong there even if they say natural, organic, etc. I, however am getting older and losing weight and trying to be healthy with things inside me running slower like metabolism and my liver function and blah blah blah, you know what I mean. It's a flow agent packed in products like this because it sucks up a bit of moisture that gets in the product.MAGNESIUM STEARATE: It's not Magnesium! It's a synthetic additive created in a lab. Magnesium Stearate is not recognized by the body as being food and can therefore cause both short term and long term cumulative health effects. It is full of Stearic Acid and does not occur naturally in nature. This ingredient is a BIG ONE to steer clear of and putting it in supplements, dietary aids such as this an you taking it over long periods of time can really hurt you.Now you can of course decide what you're going to put in your body but I'd be googling those added ingredients no matter how little of form they come in.
