This product may seem cheesy or not worthwhile as when you are in a Zoom meeting, you already have these buttons virtually. However, if you are ADD, have trouble sitting in a chair, pace around, it makes it super easy to chime in without having to grab your mouse, then move it to the correct location, etc. I can easily participate without having to be directly in front of my computer. I like it way more than I would have thought.

Works great - no drivers needed, etc. The only catch is that it will only work when Zoom is in focus (i.e. the active program, you've clicked on the title bar so it's active) - so if you are working in another program (editing a document, etc) this won't work. It'd be great if it had software included so that you can always route the keystrokes to Zoom, so you can work away and use the mute button without having to bring Zoom back to focus.Physically, it's a nice little device.

It works great with Zoom. On my Windows 10 computer it was plug&play with no software or download required.It does not claim to, and it does not, work with Microsoft Teams or Cisco WebEx. (If anyone knows one that works with those services without any software, let me know.)

This causes randomly appearing keyboard issues on my Lenovo laptop: random key get "stuck" (no physically - the keyboard is fine), which can only be solved with a restart. Disconnecting the device solves the problems, so it's not a laptop issue. Would not recommend.

Works great! Have our laptop connected to a TV with a usb Webcam mounted in front My kids use it for virtual classes and are now able to quickly and easily unmute and mute themselves. No fumbling with the mouse or keyboard. Only thing is that the Zoom window has to be active for it to work.

The buttons seem to work well and have nice mechanical switches, but the keycaps are marked with stickers with icons for a microphone and a video camera. The stickers were stuck on sloppily, so that they hang off the button. And after exactly one use, the stickers look dirty and unattractive. If the manufacturer had used decent keycaps, it would be a fantastic device.

It worked perfectly out of the box, and my key cap had no stickers, which several other reviewers complained about.BUT! It does not give you any feedback about the current state. When you click to mute (or unmute), you still need to check the zoom window to confirm. This significantly lessens the utility. It should light up light a CAPS-LOCK.
