These guys are superb. When I got the race track there was a known issue with the cars charging. The seller sent an email before Xmas. Tested the cars a week ahead of Xmas found out the cars were affected, contacted the seller and they sent new cars. I had them before Xmas and my kids had a great time playing. Again the seller and products are great, customer service is excellent!

My grandson loves this set, but we are having trouble with batteries. Please let me know how to get this fixed?

Software for track no longer supported. Doesn't work without software.

A beginner set with chargers but not actual cars seems ridiculous. Likewise selling track without any turning pieces to actually complete a circuit doesn't seem logical. If the goal was to begin taking the unbridled excitement of young children to show them the soul crippling disappointed that the future holds as an adult this, this is the beginner set for you. If you are actually trying to enjoy time while they are young, skip this product and find a more honest product.

Great for keeping the kids occupied for about 45 minutes... charging and use time. Car batteries are the issue. They're easy enough to buy on Amazon or Ebay and easy to replace. Just cut wires close to old battery and solder new battery wires to old wires not at the board. Cant fry the electronics that way. I know... you shouldnt have to deal with bad batteries in a new toy.
