Instructions CLEARLY state you are not to release the pads to the environment.. use hand protectors whilst using the product .. wear eye protection… the pads are soaked in some quite nasty chemicals, and as such. they should be treated with extreme caution … they are hazardous to fish / water sources / eyes and skin… and the environment as stated earlier : that is the long answer : **Q: Why did you sent 2 of these and take my money. But now yoy won't let me buy them. Are they faulty** A: You have come through to the manufacturer. First time was for a lower lip ulcer and secondly for disinfecting patches of hair loss that she was constantly grooming. She didnt particularly like the wipes but they did a brilliant job keeping the area clean. They are little round cotton pads that have been soaked in the solution. I cut one pad in half when cleaning her lip so they lasted even longer.
