I bought this on a recommendation from a chemical distributor, and feel in love with it soon as I started using it!WARNING:If your not use to using a LONG THROW Polisher, be prepared for major sling! This machine does not have a soft start and goes from 0-60 in 1.3 sec.😏, so applying 3 small dots of product is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

Not like pictured. Color looked like an old orange brick all scuffed up. Manufacturers box had no kind of padding, i can imagine all the bouncing around that happened during the shipping.Speed dial had no resistance to it. I didnt even bother plugging it in, just placed it back in the box and contacted amazon for a return

The Polisher was exactly as expected and works great! Its a huge advantage in detailing and helps to achieve absolute perfection in paint. I must say Gloss-its customer service was the shining star of my experience. My Evo 21 showed up with a minor crack in the plastic housing, Jacob at Gloss-it sent me the replacement piece immediately after I contacted and provided tracking info, all at no cost to me. I'd suggest the Evo 21 to anyone looking for a high class orbital. The Evo 21 is as good or better than the Rupes and the Flex, and much less expensive. Thanks again Jacob!

For the price you can't beat it. Definitely a nice build quality. It's over $100 cheaper than a Rupes LHR21 (what this is made to compete against). The Evo21 provides the same smooth cutting and finishing ability as the Rupes. This machine gets an A+ in my book. Will continue to test over time to see how it holds up.

unit looks like it was found in the bargain bin at kmart. color is not red letters are smeared, the trigger was all or nothing and It didn't make it through one vehicle before it died.

My first review got removed. Maybe it was too...detailed.Anyways, the one I got was junk. Didn't look like the picture, had different specs. Rattled like crazy. Had paint smeared on it from the factory, the pad was different with lower specs than indicated.

I absolutely love this machine!!! I bought it off the website last week and it was my first time buffing my own car. My car wasn't really bad scratched so, I used the one step polish, EVO 2500, and the color matching pad that they recommend. It turned out amazing!!! I'm so happy with the results and no brainier process that I'll definitely be turning it on to all my car friends.

What can I say about the Evo21 Dual Action Polisher. Its a unicorn in the detailing business. It is your first and last polisher you will ever need. I recently purchased this and bought all the specified cutting compounds off the Gloss-It website as well. My car went from being insanely covered with orange peel from the factory to becoming a completely new car. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for a to do it yourself project and learn how to properly paint correct and polish your car. Gloss-It has some very good tutorial videos of which I watched and re-watched again before I set out to give it a go. I rate this product a 10/10 Thank you Amazon for this amazing deal. -CB
